The Archbishop of Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo has invited the new Bishop of Boma Diocese to build his episcopal ministry around the practice of unconditional love, embracing all the people of God under his pastoral care “without distinction.”

Pope Francis has appointed the Rector of Abbé Ngidi Major Seminary for Philosophy in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Mons. José-Claude Mbimbi Mbamba, as the Bishop of the country’s Boma Diocese.
