The Director of Caritas in the Catholic Diocese of Bouar in the Central Africa Republic (CAR) has been appointed Coadjutor Bishop of Bangassou Diocese, which is under the pastoral care of 69-year-old Bishop Juan-José Aguirre Muñoz.
