“Be a model for believers”: Cardinal in Ivory Coast to New Bishop

The Archbishop of Abidjan in Ivory Coast, Jean-Pierre Cardinal Kutwa, has encouraged the new Bishop of the West African country’s Katiola Diocese to “be a model for believers”, both by his expressions and actions.

Pope Francis has appointed Mons. Lénard Ndjadi Ndjate who has been serving as the Provincial Superior of the Comboni Missionaries of the Heart of Jesus (MCCJ) in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) as the Auxiliary Bishop for Kisangani Archdiocese.
