An official of the overseas development of the Catholic Bishops of Ireland, Trócaire, has lauded the passing into law of the Gender Equality Women’s Empowerment (GEWE) Bill in Sierra Leone as a great win for women and a step towards their advancement.

The leadership of the overseas development agency of the Catholic Bishops of Ireland, Trócaire, has highlighted initiatives it is undertaking to address the crisis in Somalia’s Gedo region following the warning of “a major humanitarian catastrophe” earlier this month.

Catholic Entity Facilitates Further Studies for Youth “to protect Rwanda’s biodiversity”

The overseas development agency of the Catholic Bishops of Ireland, Trócaire, is facilitating further studies for half a dozen youth in Rwanda in view of having them take part in the protection of the country’s biodiversity.
